You can be sure I will devote my entire attention to your event alone. The amount of personalization and the time involved from working with only fresh food does not allow me to work more than one event at a time
My licensed commercial kitchen with beer and wine license is located inside my riverfront Heller Bar Lodge where you can choose to hold your event. You will find inside seating for 100 guests, additional seating for 40 guests on our deck which overlooks the spectacular Snake River of Hells Canyon or I will arrive on site and set up at the location of your choice.
